Here’s what to expect from our Online Group Training program:

  • Online Orientation – You’ll start here! Your coach will teach you the fundamental movements in our workouts. We want you to feel confident about doing movements correctly and we’ll meet you where you’re at (you don’t have to “get in shape” before you start)!
  • Unlimited Training Sessions – Our online training sessions are different from any online training you’ve ever experienced. You’re not just watching a video! The video is 2-way, so our coaches encourage you and “spot you” as they lead you through your exercises.
  • Personalized Attention – You’ll have a personal accountability coach who regular checks in to ensure you’re making progress.
  • No Equipment Needed, Unless You Want It  While having a mat and some dumbbells is a plus, all training sessions can be done without equipment or using typical household items as weights.
  • Group Camaraderie with Like-Minded Ladies – Our online sessions combine the personalization of a 1-on-1 session with the energy of a group workout of ladies just like you – which is WAY better than doing it on your own!
