Cherise is passionate about helping people of all fitness levels. Understanding every client is unique, each session is planned around their needs. She loves helping clients push through barriers to get results.
Exercise has always been the one constant in Cherise’s life. Becoming a personal trainer has been a privilege; and knowing that she’s capable of helping someone attain their goals is very rewarding. Her focus is on health and fitness for everyone, no matter their age!
Cherise also has extensive knowledge in endurance training: particularly marathons and Ironman distance racing. She completed over 50 endurance races before she turned 50!
