This changed how I think about strength
This past weekend, I spent time in a special training for fitness professionals... in preparation for the opening of ourMissFits Performance Labon 2/7. 😉 One message kept coming up for me - especially for us women: Working harder is not the same as getting stronger. You can sweat. You can push. You can show up consistently. And still feel stuck… sore… or like your body just isn’t responding the way it used to. Strength doesn’t come from effort alone.
