Priscilla Freed launched her fitness business in Colorado during the summer of 2006. Through a series of “coincidences” she believes God hit her over the head with a divine frying pan, showing her the need to help ladies get healthy – both in body and mind.

Starting out as a personal trainer, she trained clients privately in their homes or at parks. She then expanded to women-only “boot camps,” partnering with other facilities around the Denver Metro area, including Arapahoe Community College. In 2015 she moved “the MissFits” into their own studio, just south of downtown Littleton.

Her company’s vision is to “inspire positive change in women everywhere.” To accomplish this, Priscilla’s coaching programs have always had a holistic approach, focused on Fitness, Nutrition, and Mindset. Creating massive impact in all three areas is Priscilla’s number one priority.

Besides her award-winning “Camp MissFits” – a women’s fitness training program that takes place at her Littleton studio, her coaching practice has expanded to include nutrition workshops, life coaching, business mentorship, and personal development conferences.

Priscilla Freed is a fitness expert, life coach, best-selling author, and creator of Camp MissFits®, an award-winning fitness program in Littleton, Colorado.

She’s the owner of Camp MissFits, whose mission is empowering women to achieve optimal health in body and mind.  She and her team accomplish this through customized fitness training, the latest nutrition education, and compassionate coaching.

Priscilla has been featured on 9News, Fox31, the DenverBusiness Journal, Denver Daily News, the Littleton Independent, and the DenverPost.  Also known as Sergeant ‘Silla for her “no excuses” approach, Priscilla has motivated thousands of women to ACT in order to realize their greatest dreams. Her hope is to inspire and empower you to do the same.

Jessica Gerard has been in the fitness industry for over 12 years. She obtained an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia

and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver where her focus and passion was in Marital and Family therapy.

Jessica’s professional and internship experience involve working in adoptions for Denver Human Services, and case management for families going through dependency/neglect court cases.  As both a trainer and case manager Coach Jess excels at listening to a client’s concerns, getting to the root of how they would like their life to be different and, working together, to effectively address the problem by providing an action plan and resources.

A go-getter, Jessica’s motto is, “If you are willing to put in the work to start changing your life for the better, let’s get to work.”

Jennifer is very passionate about fitness. She sees it as a way to change the world for the better.

Jennifer has only been in the fitness industry for two years but she has already made some huge accomplishments and created big change in multiple people’s lives. She currently also trains tons of clients online and is working to get certified as a Nutrition Coach through NASM.

Having worked in the corporate world, Sandy has ample experience in various support and management roles – such as marketing, sales, and client relations.

Now working with a small business such as Camp MissFits, Sandy’s aim is to help the MissFits Team operate the business smoothly – so they can focus on Inspiring Positive Change in Women Everywhere. She’s also a participant in that change, as a fellow MissFit herself!!

Stacey Sutton
Stacey Sutton
Sports and athletics have always played a large role in Stacey’s life. She was on many competitive teams, including being a member of the University of Colorado Snowboard Team.

A career in fitness had always been in the back of her mind, but it wasn’t until her struggles to “bounce back” after gaining 90 pounds during her pregnancy that she finally decided to become a personal trainer.

Stacey is passionate about teaching other women how to reach their fitness goals and empowering them to realize that they’re capable of so much more than they think!

Stephanie Stafford
Stephanie Stafford
Stephanie has been involved in athletics her entire life. A competitive swimmer from the age of 6, she added cycling and running as an adult to compete in a variety of triathlons, including the Ironman. She continues to enjoy a variety of athletic activities.

Her fitness career began as an Athletic Trainer working with high school athletes. As a personal trainer and fitness instructor, Stephanie believes that everyone can be fit regardless of their physical limitations and enjoys finding alternatives that work for each and every human body.
