And while that’s incredible… it’s actually not the best part of her story.
I first met Sherryl in 2019. She wanted to feel better and build a fitness routine - but life was FULL.
She works full-time.
She’s raising her granddaughter.
She’s doing it all… on her own.
So her time? Basically nonexistent.
But instead of waiting for the “perfect time”… she made it work.
- She started squeezing in workouts after work.
- Then added in live online sessions at home.
- Bought heavy weights so she could build muscle.
- Used replays when her schedule got crazy.
- Focused on her nutrition.
And now? She mixes in-person sessions, while still training with us virtually.
Little by little, she built a routine that fits her life.
Not a perfect routine.
A real-life routine.
And today?
She has more energy.
Feels stronger.
And shows up better - for herself and her granddaughter (now in high school)!
